Parrhasia (Ancient Greek: Παρρασία) was an ancient region of South Arcadia, Greece.

Parrhasia is mentioned in Homer’s Iliad in the Catalogue of Ships.

It is said to have been named by Parrhasus, who was a son of Lycaon.
