In Norse mythology, Vingþórr is simply another name used by the mighty god Thor.
The name is found in the Eddic poems Þrymskviða and Alvíssmál.
The Alvíssmál mentions Thor referring to himself by the name of Vingþórr, son of Síðgrani (Odin).
